Retrieving lost license keys

If you have lost your license key and need it again, you can retrieve it using a web page that SkyyFi maintains for this purpose.

Retrieving a forgotten password

Should you forget your password, start S-SIB, complete the S-SIB User Name field and click the link “Forgot your password.” Your password will be mailed to the user’s authorized email account.

Cancel your S-SIB service

We’re sorry that you have decided to cancel your S-SIB account.

To complete your cancellation, please email cancel_S-SIB@skyyfi.com. Please send this e-mail from the email address you used to register your account; otherwise, the cancellation will not take effect.

Removing S-SIB from your computer

If you need to remove S-SIB from your computer, follow these steps.

  1. In the Windows Start menu, choose All Programs, SIB, Uninstall.

Please make sure you save the email that contains your license key. You will need the key again should you reinstall S-SIB.

The SIB uninstall dialog appears.

  1. Click Next.

The next step appears.

  1. Click Uninstall.

SIB removes itself from your computer.

  1. Click Close.
